Spiritual life is a life within the believer that is born of God. God is a God of the living, not the dead, so when we are told that Christ is our life we know that Christ is living in us. Do we appreciate the magnitude of this statement, “Christ is our Life?” We have a special power within us that we don’t fully understand but we know it when we feel and experience it. The power to deal with setbacks, untimely deaths, unexpected medical conditions, etc. The power to be strong when life is difficult and maintain our hope and trust in the Lord. Yes, Jesus has ascended but he’s still here within all who believe in him. He still labors for us, each and every day. Prayer: Thank you Lord Jesus for making your abode in my heart. You are my life which gives me the strength of faith to trust and believe all your promises for life and salvation. AMEN
